Pietro Ungari

Role: CEO

Experience:

With a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, I started my career working for leading auditing and professional firms, receiving my qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

At Gruppo AQ, I specialize in financial statementsbusiness valuationnegotiating for specialized operationsbusiness acquisition and sale deals, as well as supporting companies in financial management.
As a consultant for important professional firms in Milan, I also deal with civil, tax issues, as well as accounting, and tax Due Diligence.


Thomas Carmine

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

Graduated in Business Economics from LIUC University in Castellanza, I gained experience working for leading auditing firms, earning my certification as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. Since 2016, I have also been involved in financial consulting at important credit institutions and I’m a registered Financial Advisor.

At Gruppo AQ, I specialize in preparing financial statementsaccounting control, statutory auditingdrafting industrial plansasset analysis and defining strategies aimed at achieving asset protection and generational transfer of assets.


Carlo Negri

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

With a degree in Business Economics from the University of Pavia, where I also obtained a Masters in International Finance, I have held several senior positions, including executive roles, in Italian and foreign companies, including listed companies.

At Gruppo AQ – AQ Transaction Service S.r.l – I focus on sourcing and closing special operations. In particular, I deal with structuring M&A activities for companies interested in selling (sell-side) and those interested in making acquisitions (buy-side), as well as IPOs in regulated markets.


Flavio Staffa

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

With a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Calabria, I started out working for leading companies as an auditor and in professional firms, earning my qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

At Gruppo AQ, I specialize in financial statements, tax returns, direct and indirect tax opinions, foreign VAT consulting, customs operations, business assessment, accounting and tax Due Diligence, and management of innovative SMEs and Start-ups.

Specific expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Tax Litigation.


Francesco Brunacci

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

With a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, specializing in Quantitative Finance, I earned experience at companies and tax and corporate firms, earning my qualification as a Chartered Accountant.

At Gruppo AQ, I deal with direct taxes and the organizing of resources in the tax firm of AQ Tax S.r.l, while at AQ Transaction Service S.r.l, I specialize in M&A, Due Diligence, business assessment for special financial operations and in the preparation of development plans for SMEs and innovative start-ups.


Vincenzo Romano

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

After obtaining qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, I gained over 15 years of experience in auditing at important auditing and consulting firms in the industry, commerce, and services sectors.

At Gruppo AQ, I am responsible for statutory auditing engagements and coordinate Due Diligence activities as well as the preparation of industrial development plans.

During my career, I have also dealt with business and asset assessmentseconomic and financial analysisadministrative assistance, and Internal Audit activities to support the supervisory body aimed at reviewing the internal control system.


Martina Ungari

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

With a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Parma, I gained experience at leading professional firms, obtaining my qualification as a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor.

Technical Consultant at the Court of Cremona, since 2013 I have also been involved in managing insolvency procedures as an auxiliary to the Judicial Authority, in the role of Bankruptcy Trustee, Judicial Commissioner, Judicial Liquidator, Crisis Manager; I am currently registered in the List of Business Crisis Managers established at the Ministry of Justice.
As an Independent Certifier, I have supported colleagues in preventive arrangement procedures.

At Gruppo AQ, I specialize in financial statements and supporting company management in accounting, civil, and tax matters.
As a consultant, I also deal with opinions on issues in the field of Business Crisis Law.


Marco Vergani

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

As a Chartered Accountant and statutory auditor, I have extensive and consolidated experience in the field of business. I provide financial, corporate, and tax consulting to national and foreign groups on financial statements and business income, the distribution of intellectual property, e-commerce operations, and financial statements related to the application of national and international accounting principles.

After extensive experience in a specialized firm, I worked from 2007 to 2009 inry the tax department of the Fininvest GroupI am the author of numerous contributions on tax and corporate matters, published in academic journals by Ipsoa and Il Sole 24 Ore.

In the field of e-commerce taxation, I provide consulting to major national and foreign companies. I am the author of the book Digital Start-Up: Guide to Economic, Financial, and Tax Skills for Digital Entrepreneurs published by Maggioli Editore.


Michele Ziveri

Role: MANAGING PARTNER

Experience:

As part of my profession, I provide corporate, administrative, and accounting consulting services.

I have solid experience in company formation and corporate compliance, preparation of annual and periodic financial statements, specialized management operations (mergers, demergers, contributions, and transformations), administrative and accounting assistance.

During my career, I have taken part in the activities of boards for statutory auditors, tax consulting, recurring tax procedures and practices, tax audits, national tax planning, tax litigation, appointments with the Court of Parma, bankruptcy trustee in OCC over-indebtedness crisis procedures, technical consultant assisting the Judge Delegate in bankruptcies.

I am a Councillor of ODCEC Parma.
